This development was carried out for a local farmer to form a courtyard office development within the existing farmyard and utilising a number of redundant buildings.

The development comprised of the refurbishment and extension of two old farm buildings and converting them into high tech offices. One other open barn was demolished and replaced with a new glass fronted building forming a conference facility and another new building was constructed to mimic one of the existing converted barns again to form a high tech office.

The three original barns were positioned on three sides of the courtyard with the new barn forming the forth side enclosing the car park area formed within the retained yard area. All buildings were linked with an underground ducting system allowing computer networks to be easily linked between the buildings.
