This contract involved the total refurbishment of a large country house that had its top floor destroyed by fire.
The owner then took the opportunity to extend, modernise and improve the property. This involved the complete strip-out of all existing services fitments and fitting, including all the old ceilings and plaster.
The building was then completely re-fitted with ground source units serving the under-floor heating, hot water system and the swimming pool. New electrical services including electronic programmable lighting control systems, computer, TV and hi-fi sound systems were also installed.
The external grounds were also heavily landscaped with new terraces and soft plantings carried out.
