An individual five bedroom house, architect designed to a client’s specific requirements.

The house was designed to replace an existing bungalow which was demolished as part of the project. The new house filled the relatively small site’s width from boundary to boundary and the narrow access track made access to the site extremely difficult.

The new house was constructed with a number of unusual features which included a central glazed courtyard, glazed roof sun room and curved chimney breast in a double height lounge. The whole project was finished to a very high standard with oak floors and doors and bespoke bathrooms, kitchen and oak staircase.
